Most libraries have the book, but it's darn convenient on the Internet, though there's a small subscription fee. I pay $2.99 per month, which makes it the cheapest, most effective tool around for identifying niche publishers and other good stuff. I know several writers and photographers who collaborated on such books, but their work is regional and they self-published. Not POD, just forked out their hard earned savings to reliable printing outfits and took a chance on sales. Some did okay, some...well, you know the story. Good luck.
