I got my contract back. Received a registered letter today. It was "resolved amicably" and I agree to take down my insulting web pages etc...... Thanks Claudia, I like your style. Thanks to all for the concerns over my health too.......I'm so happy I think I'm gonna cry. Molly Brent}} |

makes me feel like the unloved child...... I can't get mine back, but they listen to and respond to others' requests. I wrote them very nicely the first time, and didn't get even a reply back and then I sent a Certified and got a snotty email and then I sent them a 'to the point' email copy of the letter that I had sent Certified and the first email, and then got an even snottier email back and now I have sent them a second certified demanding a release and have not gotten any reply back again....... just makes me feel like an orphan out in la-la land who can't get help no matter what they do. I am glad that you have your release Molly. I sure do wish that they would send mine. Claudia |

Molly, even though I emailed you privately, I just have to say again how thrilled I am for you. You've been through the wringer. I certainly don't mean to imply that the rest of us haven't. But your health has been so compromised, to have your contract hanging over your head was a blessed event, and I'm so happy that Willem Meiners took your case into account. You should be back on your feet in no time now. Claudia, you keep at it, girl. Best of luck. Lynn Lynn behlerpublications.com lynnprice.net

Today was kind of bad. If you've ever had inner ear problems, you have an idea of what I'm feeling, but I sure had a lift when the mail came. The letter had come earlier when I was in Memphis in the hospital so I missed it. I have no pain at all and I keep putting the phone to my ear to make certain I can still hear. So far so good. I've gotten a lot of e mails today. Thank you all. I think one says it all......... "With all the problems you've had, you must admit that you have really made some wonderful friends and met some great writers" I am going to start rehab tomorrow. It will be slow going at first, but I'll be back to "normal" very soon. I had requested a big guy named Thore who looks like a Greek god for therapy, but got a short gal named Olga instead.....Well, I can't be lucky all the time. Thank you all Molly

Good for you, Molly! I am happy for you! Claudia, sounds like this particular publisher has a vendetta against you now that you've proven you won't back down. I hope you can get this problem dissolved and can focus on positive matters of your career. Stacy www.stacy-deanne.net |

Congraulations, Molly. It's great to know the future is looking bright for you. Claudia, keep forging forward with your demands to have your book released from PA. It will all work out in the end. |
