Auld Lang Syne and all that great stuff tonight is all around for us to enjoy and think of everyone we have missed and longed for this last year and for the long lost years that have since passed into our memories.

alive , well, fully rested, (didn't go anywhere last night, stayed home and watched A KNIGHT'S TALE on the tube and then the news and then zonked out) and the day looks to be a good one with no RAIN here, so far.

It has been raining in Southern California for the past two days. The chance of rain for the Tournament of Roses tomorrow is very high. It hasn't rained on the parade since 1955 when Chief Justice Earl Warren was the Grand Marshal. This year the Grand Marshal will be retiring Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.
