This is sort of a re-hash but it's such fertile ground, there must be hundreds of hints that people can add.
Give-away promotional items.
I recently bought a laminating machine, brand new in the box, on eBay for $35.00. I've been autographing and laminating bookmarks for two days now.
Another idea is to reduce a photo of your book cover to a small size, print it, laminate it and then punch a hole in one corner for a keychain. (I know a woman who did that with the X-Ray of her hip replacement)
Laminated postcard size pictures of your book cover would go great in press kits too.
