Despite what you may have seen on the streets, the following combinations do not go together:

a nose ring and bifocals

spiked hair and bald spots

a pierced tongue and dentures

miniskirts and support hose

ankle bracelets and corn pads

speedos and cellulite

a belly button ring and a gallbladder surgery scar

unbuttoned disco shirts and a heart monitor

midriff shirts and a midriff bulge

bikinis and liver spots

short shorts and varicose veins

in-line skates and a walker

very true, my friend, now if every one could use such common sense, we might have a visually considerate world.

Okay how about we add to the list.

OLDER man riding a bike wearing nothing but under armour underwear (white under armour). UMMMMMMMMMM Fashion Police definitely needed to be called or a warning provided.

You guys need to take a vacation (and a camera) in the British West Indies. You'll see all of the above and more.

You guys need to go to the water park in St Louis 6 Flags.
It is enough to make ANYONE feel like an Adonis or a supermodel.

More hair on backs than I got on my face...and those are just the chicks.

What I love is to see an 80 year old man in a speedo. I hate speedos anyway. Men do not belong in speedos in public and, regardless of how women in magazines look in thongs, most women do not belong in those either. We won't even go into the number of middle-aged men running around Florida wearing nothing but thong speedos.

If you want a real culture shock come to Disney. We thought it was bad enough when kids nine or ten years old were dancing around the fountains at the Downtown Disney with nothing but their underpants on or naked. Then we saw a grown man drop his towel and change his swimtrunks right there in the open at Typhoon Lagoon. I realize that other nationalities find Americans to be rather uptight and prudish about the human body, but still. Good grief.

I have nothing against large people. But to go with the speedos comment:

Ugly, fat guy on riding mower wearing speedos....that you can't tell he is wearing anything until he stands up and bends over to pick up a twig.

I'll stop there. The only thing I have left to say is that there is never a lack of unusual sights while delivering newspapers in a rural community.
