Bought some Australian Chardonnay for less than $2 a bottle and, believe it or not, it doesn't taste like mouthwash, nor does it have a screw-on cap. At 13 percent alcohol, it's in a class by itself. The label says its grown in the Darling Valley, so drink up darlings. Bon appetite.

Ah, the fine wines that really get one there in a hurry.
I recall the olden days when drinking a couple of bottles of MD 2020 would make one start to see vapor trails...

Better check your liver at the door on some of those.

In my generation it was:

What's the word?

Thunderbird!

What's the price?

forty-four twice!

It was a gauranteed eighty-eight cent hangover.

Oh yeah, and let's not forget Bali Hai.

Boonefarm was my choice of poison. We were teens, didn't have any tastebuds or sense.

Got a bottle here…
Can’t pronounce what is on the label, so it should be real good wine!

Santé!

Friday night. Two bottles of Australian Chardonnay. Dropped by to say hello to my friends. I miss you. Must go before I break out in tears. Wine has a way of doing that to you.
