O.K., so I didn't submit anything to them, it is for a job. They had an opening for a graveyard seasonal worker. It is everything I did before I retired to raise the kids but with much more demand. Last shipping job, we were happy to get out a hundred a day, they get out 1500 a day. Ironically the pub. has rejected my books twice.

A side note, some of you may remember a question I had a little bit ago about a writer's retreat. My wife came home last Thursday and asked what had to happen to make it happen. She's tired of working and so wants to get the camp started sooner rather than later. So now we are going to take a Grant writing class (we are going Non-profit so people and organizations can donate and get tax benifits), we've drawn up a list of things that need to be nonw now, in the future and just before starting the camp, and she's willing to sit down and brainstorm with me about issues. If things go well and uninterupted then we could be looking at the camp opeining within four years. So now I am exploring ways to keep the construction costs down.

Kevin,
You have my good hopes for success with your new job and much success on the grant-writing course and getting that camp up and going.

I am very sorry that I didn't get to make it up to Tahoe to meet you when you were here, and hope that you read my apology. I just got so swamped that week and have been since then, that I can't think or see straight right now. TOo many things going on and not enough time to take care of all of it. Anyway, hope your trip was good, and sincerely want to have you get that writers camp going with the utmost speed.

Claudia
