My elder son will be 15 in less than a month. Tomorrow night he starts driver's ed class. It seems like only yesterday he was learning to ride a bike! Where does time go?

Tracy,
Read my new book, "Nickel-Plated Dream" to see what my mother went through when I was just 16. I was falling off roofs, doing stunt fist-fights, participating in gunfights using real Colt .45s, and faling in love. I'm sure that's why getting my driver's license was a piece of cake.
Novels by Stephen Lodge:
"Shadows of Eagles"
"Charley Sunday's Texas Outfit!"
"Nickel-Plated Dream"

Tracy,

I've just completed the 3rd of 5 through driver training. This one actually passed the first time through, AND I would actually let her get her license. (The other girl...I won't let her get her license. She'll be 18 in January, and still has just the permit. The boy didn't pass because 1, he has a problem with stop signs--as in, doesn't do what they say--and 2, wouldn't get out of bed to make it to the driving sessions.)

Those 3 are the step-kids. My personal oldest baby turns 10 in 2 days. Oy vay!
