I need some help... My son, Danny, is making some invitations to give out at a party Friday night. The front of the invitation is supposed to have a "funny" question that he/she (the person receiving the invitation) is supposed to answer. These are supposed to be conversation starters (something to lighten the mood). He is stuck for ideas. He needs 10 to 20 funny questions. An example might be: "What color underwear are you wearing?" - but not so personal. The questions should be clean - but funny. I need some people to help him think up some questions. I figure this would be a good group to ask since so many of you "think" you're funny...(Bill). Thanks in advance for your help. I will forward your ideas on to Danny. Oh...this might make a difference. The group getting the invitations are all artists/graphic designers. Thanks! Okay. A little more refining from Danny. His questions are more towards: 1. Have you ever eaten squid? 2. What's your favorite movie? 3. What was the name of your first pet? BUT...he is still looking for some that are rather humorous. If you have any ideas, let us know! Thanks! Oh...makes a difference. They aren't exactly kids anymore (or shouldn't be). 1. Would you like to be cloned? What would the two of you do? 2. Who is your Congressman? Why? 3. Why don't you get married, like your mother wants you to? 4. Why don't you become a CPA, like your father wants you to? Tom Elkins NORTH of TEXAS www.authorsden.com/tomelkins |

Have you ever been lost in thought and never found your way back? What would it be like to try to nail Jello to the wall? Do you think people with body piercings fear the electro magnet? Would the Thirteen yr old you think you are cool today? If you could be an animal for a day, which one would you be? If your friends could read your mind would they still be your friends? Have read this great book from Kevin Paglia? Do you think the reason aliens haven't contacted us is because they watch our t.v.? If pro is the opposite of con what is the opposite of Progress? Alright I'm done. I should never read these things when I'm tired, my mind works stranger than normal. Kevin |

My nephew has a game where a player is asked a question and writes it down. No one can see that answer, but everyone takes turns trying to guess the answer. My sisters, the kids and I laughed ourselves silly but it was interesting to see how much yet little we knew about each other. Some of it's questions were: How many pounds of cheese have you eaten in your life? What would your name be if you could choose it? What is the first thing people notice about you? What cartoon would you be in? Gloria Davidson Marlow **The Butterfly Game***Shades of Silence***Flowers for Megan** |
