I had an out-patient surgery a few days ago.
Today, the hospital called and-are you ready for this-asked how I was getting
along; was there anything they could do; and did I have any suggestions as to
how to improve their services in the future.
Can you believe that? Even if it's routine, someone actually professed to care
about someone else. What is this world coming to? |
