The next generation of the Ford Mustang could include some previously unthinkable variants including a four-door sedan and a station wagon, according to a report in the magazine AutoWeek.

They just brought back the fastback body style that makes it look like a Mustang again, so they'd be idiots to even consider producing the hideous thing in that picture!

An update from Ford...

My guess is that they'll come out with one that is a spin-off from the Mustang, under a different name (and possibly different styling to make the distinction).

The picture of the station wagon version looks surprisingly like the Dodge Magnum...which may be what Ford is going for.
