Cool.
The US Military has been experimenting with similar stilts for several years.
They can move ground troops four times faster from a to b.
I think the stilts without the spring effect would be safer for general consumption (less injuries).
Man, it's not like we move around fast enough already.

I would love to try it, but I'm pretty sure I would break every bone in my body.

But without the springs you would have silly old fashioned stilts that would be quite boring?

To me they look much like those protheses they use these days.
