It just goes to show you that you should always listen to your wife. We have been trying to sell our house since May. We got a contingent offer from a nice couple in Wisconsin beginning of June but it eventually fell through. Since then it has been a case of lots of shoings but no interest. Finally my wife was overstressed about it, needed to feel something change so we fired one realtor and hired a new one. We officially listed with him on Monday of last week and he had our house sold yesterday, for a shade over our asking price.
 I hate it when my wife is right.

Joyce,
Wife and I have reversed roles for the new milinium. She's the main bread winner, gone for business and all the other traditionally male roles while I'm always right.
Actually, I've been debating about buying a small notebook so when i tell her something I know is right but she disagrees with me, I'll write it down so later she can't say "well, why didn't you tell me?" Recent case study was when she thought we needed a new matress for one of the kids (because we now have a guest room with a trundle). I told her three or four times we had one in storage. She said no, I was mistaken and we ended up buying on. Then we move later and she sees the one in storage and askes where it came from. So to make a long story short, any one need a simmons extra long matress for adjustable beds?

Kevin, I have long threatened to buy a small recorder to tape all my conversations with Tony so I'll have proof later on when he implements his selective memory. And kids are useless in these cases. Mine always plead the Fifth when I ask them to confirm what was said.
