If all goes according to plan then about 10:00 today the papers for our old house will be signed and closed on and we will not have to worry about it any more. All the paper work is done from our side with the "I's" dotted and "T's" crossed. The buyers don't have to bring any money to the table so we don't have to worry about that at least.
Maybe we can finally crack that bottle of sparkling cider we've been saving for a special occasion.

I certainly hope it all closes on schedule. And that you get to have a wonderful evening with your wife and family, knowing that the sky doesn't hold clouds anymore about the other house. Fingers crossed....... XXXX ( all four of them on one hand).

It's O.K. Joyce, they actually celebrated having a nearly Super Genius like me move in so close to them. It makes their lives somehow feel more complete.
