2. What is your favorite Christmas movie or cartoon? A Charlie Brown Christmas
3. What is your favorite treat/dessert during the holidays? Divinity
4. What is your favorite festive drink, alcoholic or non? That punch with sherbet and sprite
5. Do you open your gifts Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? Christmas Day
6. What is the best gift you ever received and from whom? The yard swing my husband gave me with "Tony Loves Toyce" carved on it.
7. What is one thing you are hoping to receive this year? THE STAND on DVD
8. Prefer dark meat or white? White
9. Cranberry sauce or gravy? Jellied cranberry sauce
10. If you're traveling during the holidays, when and where will you go? We always stay home
11. What is one holiday memory you'd rather forget? When I was 8 months pregnant with my son, a lady rear-ended me in front of the mall in bumper-to-bumper traffic on Christmas Eve.
12. Do you like to listen to Christmas music? Yes
13. Do you decorate a real or artificial tree? I have a beautiful fiber optic tree.
14. Describe one ornament on your tree or in your house that is very special to you. The ornaments my kids made in school are my favorites.
15. Do you open gifts neatly and slowly or do you tear them apart quickly? Slowly, and we each take turns so everyone can watch.
16. Who do you normally spend Christmas day with? My husband and kids
17. If you could send one Christmas wish to the world, what would that be? Love one another.
18. If you could see one person on Christmas, dead or alive, who would it be? Can't pick just one. It would be my mama and daddy.
19. Do you like to sing Christmas carols? Yes, but my cat doesn't like it when I do!

1. What is your favorite Christmas song? �Marry X-mass?� by Slade, but I don�t really like it.
2. What is your favorite Christmas movie or cartoon? Most Christmas movies make me cringe.
3. What is your favorite treat/dessert during the holidays? Ice-cream with chocolate! I want all of it but the rest of the family never allows me to.
4. What is your favorite festive drink, alcoholic or non? Anything with alcohol, at X-mass often wine. The kind of wine people who don�t know anything about wine drink. And I don�t put my nose in the glass, rolling the wine making comments, but chuck it right in.
5. Do you open your gifts Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? We open our gifts at the 5th of December: Sinterklaas! (That�s Santa�s dad)

7. What is one thing you are hoping to receive this year? I have nearly finished fixing up our house, so if that would stay up for a while I would consider that a great gift.
8. Prefer dark meat or white? I prefer dead meat. I hate chasing it.
9. Cranberry sauce or gravy? Gravy please, and something to put it on.
10. If you're traveling during the holidays, when and where will you go? I would love to be in Norway again. White Christmas assured. And then go out and cut your own tree: unthinkable in the Netherlands. And we would drink Aquavit, and some more Aquavit until we speak Norwegian without any problems, and our Norwegian friends would speak double-dutch. And we would all wake up next morning not knowing were we would be or what would have happened. Luckily we took some pictures last time. (Why did I take a picture of the ceiling?)
11. What is one holiday memory you'd rather forget? When I vomited all over my brothers books. His facial expression softened up the experience though. That was fun!
12. Do you like to listen to Christmas music? When I have to; a few get me in the mood though, but after a while I get tired of it. Many musicians chuck in some sleybells and that�s it.
13. Do you decorate a real or artificial tree? I pull down a piece of green plastic from the attic once a year and shove that in a corner. I made some little statues myself for underneath the tree, but unfortunatly Jesus looks a bit like a meatball with eyes.
14. Describe one ornament on your tree or in your house that is very special to you. I also prefer kid made stuff, except when it is still sticky and dripping. Ornaments should also be dead.
15. Do you open gifts neatly and slowly or do you tear them apart quickly? I would love to tear them apart immediately, but manage to wait while we take turns.

16. Who do you normally spend Christmas day with? My wife and kids, but this year with my wife�s family too at our home.
17. If you could send one Christmas wish to the world, what would that be? Do not cause to others what you do not wish upon yourself.
18. If you could see one person on Christmas, dead or alive, who would it be? My dad. He never saw my daughter and my son was only little when he was alive and well. I regret that.
19. Do you like to sing Christmas carols? No, and the rest of the family is very grateful for that.

1. Well, in spite of Polish ancestry, I'm fond of singing "Christmas in Killarney" for my friends.
2. Don't have a favorite Xmas movie or cartoon.

5. Depends if we can stay awake Christmas Eve.
6. Probably a Thorpe rolling pin. (I make my own pie dough.)Before that, I used PET liter bottles.

10. Seven dogs, 6 cats, 4 horses�it's hard to find sitters around the holidays.
11. I've forgotten, thank God!
12. Yep. One recommendation is the CD "Christmas in the Smoky Mountains."
13. Red Cedar populates our farm. We cut one of those which need to be culled so that others may grow. Before moving to Kentucky, we bought a "live" tree and planted it after Christmas. They continue to grow at our lake house in upstate New York.
14. There's quite a few, as each was a gift from another, a few from some special ones.
15. Oh, I don't know. Somewhere in between, I suppose. It's just my wife and me usually, and so we take turns.
16. My wife and my critters during the morning. But come the afternoon and into the evening, each year we host a dinner for some friends their family. It gets crowded, but it's been fun.
17. Lighten up.
18. Tough one, although my father would be at the top of the list.
19. Sure. In fact, I still can sing some parts of some in Latin, which I learned in my high school Latin class a long time ago. "Laetissimus accipiat iam mundus dominum...." And joy to each of you.
