The editing is done for Sinner's Song. It's in the publisher's hands.

I'm going to lay down and take a long, long nap.

Bye....

Thanks, guys.

I feel such relief. Hopefully, a contract will be forthcoming, and this book will finally be out. It was supposed to be released by a traditional publisher several years ago. But then I wrote "Malevolence." The publisher didn't like the idea of a "supernatural mystery" and tried to hold up publication as punishment.

Thanks to the advice of a literary attorney, I was able to get my rights back. To be honest, I almost put it on the shelf.

This one matters to me because it is centered around the time I spent working for The Salvation Army. There's quite a bit in it about the world of the homeless - and several of the characters are based on real people. There are some people in Wichita who have been waiting for its release for quite some time.

Anyway, my part is done. Now I have to wait for the final word from the publisher. They seem to like it, but asked for some changes, which I gave them.

Now...on to something else! LOL!

Congrats Nancy, I know that has to be a relief, and I say a prayer that the new publisher jumps on it right away.

What a relief to have that done. If that publisher turns it down, she's nuttier than a freaking fruitcake.
