I'll probably regret this, but in checking Google today, trying to find reviews of GRAVEN IMAGES from reviewers who take books - and I NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, (Do I seem a little upset????!!!!) I found a copy of one of my old short stories. I thought you guys might get a kick out of it.
I've never seemed to have the "knack" for short stories. I did sell this one - my first writing bucks ($5.00 whole dollars!) but in re-reading it, I can't imagine why! LOL!
For my Christian friends, all I can say is....sorry. This was an experiment. I don't swear - and I don't have erotic thoughts about women. I was trying to get inside a man's head (pretty easy - just make them a little lower than a rabid dog...JUST KIDDING!!!) and mess around with my "horror" side a little.
I didn't realize that this thing was still on the 'Net. Shows just why we should use pen names when we start out!

I'm not easily impressed with most writing, and never give empty compliments. I liked your story, Nancy, even though horror is not my favorite genre. And the language was mild, the erotic content far from offensive. (Oh LORD, I thought while reading it, I hope Nancy never reads my second book where I worm MY way into a man's head!!) 
Anyway, I liked the story. It scared the bejabbers out of me. So it will take a lot more than your story to make me stop talking to you.

As you probably already guessed, I'm sort of slow on the uptake. I know about Graven Images, and am trying desperately to order Sinners Song from St. Kitts. But where does Malevolence lie in that grouping? Is it published? I guess it must be since you asked our virile Dennis on another thread to take it with him to FL. Fill me in won't you?

No, not published yet. In final editing. I thought perhaps Dennis could line me up with a top New York agent. You know, save me a little time??? LOL!
