Months and months ago I totally lost interest in my two books published by PA and knew they were so far down in the PA rankings on Amazon I stopped looking at them. The books weren't selling at all. Dead ducks.
Tonight, because I was bored to tears, I pulled up PA to see if they showed ten thousand authors.
They had 28!
Guess who's book is ranked #5 in that list????????????????????????????
Graven Images. Nancy's story.
Guess who's book is ranked #6 in that list????????????????????????????
Hiding Places.My book.
What in the name of Heaven is going on with all that?
Nancy, did you know your out of print book is ranked 6th with Amazon?

I went to Books, Search and Publish America. That route gives me 28.
Where are you looking?

You have to enter the publisher name in the search box as "PublishAmerica" with no space.

Lynn,
It was consumed in a fit of depression.

I invested my life-savings in a side-show at the circus, a group of performing elephants.
First night, they were entering the center ring, all in a row, trunk entwined with the tail of the one in front. They really looked good. Then the last one in line, the clumsy #%$+##, tripped and jerked the ____our of the one in front and a chain reaction started. Now I have 26 elephants with no butts.
They're useless and I'm broke.
I'm depressed.

Hi, Bill.

A few weeks ago it was #84 out of 7,000 and something.

Odd for a book that isn't in print, huh?

I looked the other day but gave up somewhere around 526.
