I am disappointed - went wireless - keyboard, mouse and router. Works great most of the time but now I must deal with the "missing" letters. Sure I typed the word and I know hit all the keys but something in the air ate my letters.

who is the letter thief out there? What are you doing with my letters? Where's a cop when you need one!

Gee, Perry,
I am not quite wireless, on a laptop, and have a mouse that is attached, but my letters are missing some of the time and other times, I have extra blank spaces showing up in words in inappropriate places. Don't know what is causing this phenomena, as I and most likely you, try very hard to enter all the letters in a word accurately all the time. The one that I am having the hardest time figuring out is why I have spaces in words, when I did not put them there.

I really think that there are little people up in the sky just sitting there waiting for words and missing letters so that they can grab them and tuck those things away to be used for the future work of Alanta Nights authors. Just a conspiracy thought for you to ponder upon.

I'm not missing any letters but somebody keeps switching them around. Whoever it is seems to be especially fond of moving the "A." I can never seem to find it.

Dennis,
remember rule No1 of typing, keep the little finger of the left hand anchored firmly to the A key...... that way you will never lose it. You may type it a few extraaa times in every word thaaat haaas aaan A in it, but trust me, you will never lose it.

Hey, better "wireless" than "clueless".
What the devil are y'all talking about? Does Dennis have a radio controlled mouse?
Personally I don't think I could trust mine off of his little cord here...He seems to get into enough mischief as it is.
Does this mean you can sit in one room and type and have the monitor showing it all in another? How would you know you added extra spaces?
And talk about tricky keys.....I work on an Mac at work all day and come home to the PC....Mac has "apple" commands that really create havoc when you type them - out of habit so ingrained it is like subconscious - on the PC. The vision of what is going to happen usually arrives not quite in time to stop the finger that is about to undo everything, but far enough in advance to suffer "the oh no, here it goes".
And of course I can't "Apple A" to select all or "Apple D" and duplicate. No Apple commands for changing fonts and type sizes, no matter how many times I hit those keys and end up with heiroglyphics. I could be dangerous with wireless, I think....

When I was a child, my mother used to tell me not too sit too close to the TV as the harmful radiation would fry my brain. Considering how the other kids in the neighborhood turned out, I think she was right. All of those microwaves slicing through our living space at various frequencies can't be doing us any good. I'm wired and intend to stay that way for the forseeable future. I would sooner wear Martha Stewart's ankle bracelet than be leashed to a cell phone.

The voices already found. I don't need no one else talking in my ears.
