On Monday April, 11 at 5:00PM PDT/8:00PM EDT there will be a free call-in seminar on how to get radio interviews.

DR,
IF Dennis posts it, I am pretty sure it is legit. Dennis doesn't fool around with or promote in any way anything that isn't straight and above board or possibly not real. He certainly wouldn't be inviting anyone into it if he thought that there was anything not right or even confusing about it.
In other words, I trust Dennis and feel very comfortable about that trust not being violated in any way.
And if you still want to worry about it, then don't make the call.
I wish I could get in on it, but unfortunately, my working schedule interferes with the time the call starts, and I probably won't be able to take part, cause it starts at 5 PM here and I am not usually home by that time. I think it should be very interesting, and, in truth and even though the book is pubbed by PA, Kremer's book is full of good information for anyone promoting a book no matter where it is published or how much help the publisher gives it.
Dennis, if you want to, could you shoot me the number via email and IF I get home early enough Monday, I will try to catch it. Thanks.....

Thanks, Dennis. I thought this was well worth the hour plus. In fact, Alex Carroll who talked on the subject gave us info. that we'd normally have to pay for by ordering his manual. I've typed up my notes on the subject. If anyone wants them, I'd be glad to share.

I attended the telephone seminar. It seems that what you want to do initially is to send the radio station your press kit, containing press clippings, bio, excerpts, and reviews. Follow this up with a phone call to the program's producer. He should be receptive to your proposal as he has a certain number of interview slots which he must fill each week. The best time to be interviewed is morning and afternoon drive times, Monday through Thursday. The man who conducted the seminar wrote a book on how to beat traffic tickets. He sold thousands of books after being interviewed by Howard Stern. Since many interviewers don't bother to read the material you send them, it is suggested that you develop a set of suggested questions they can ask you in case they are so inclined. This has the effect of making the job simpler for both them and you.
