The Writers League of Texas is sponsoring an Agents and Editors conference June 23-26 in Austin. I'm sure that you can Google it for details. It's your big chance! Dennis Collins Moderator www.theunrealmccoy.com |

It used to be called the Austin Writer's League and has grown a great deal in the past few years. They have a hard core of fairly active members. Thank you for the info., Dennis. |

"They have a hard core of fairly active members." Are you a member, Bill? Novels by Stephen Lodge: "Shadows of Eagles" "Charley Sunday's Texas Outfit!" "Nickel-Plated Dream"

No, Steve. I was active in the Southwest Chap. of MWA, but got tired driving to Houston for a lousy lunch and un-interesting guest speaker. I sort of faded into the woodwork there and don't plan to attend this year's conference. My enthusiasm has waned. I know a couple of people in the WLT. They have a lot of fun, and Austin is closer. I should maybe join. Send me the money and I'll forward it to them.
