Okay, I'm in touch with my feminine side today. Oohh, stop that, it tickles. Hehehe. I love it when I do that.
Oh, sorry!
I have a question for you romantics. This is the age of cyberspace and lifestyles have changed a tremendous amount in the past few years.
Is it possible for two people to fall in love without ever having seen each other?
What do you think?

I can't speak for everyone, but I could not fall in love without seeing and knowing a person. there are too many subconscious variables involved in attraction and love for me to fall for anyone remotely.

Bill,

It is possible. As society moves more away from their personal contact with others and feel safer in the cyber world where your personality really does matter, people are finding love all the time. Mostly, this was attributed to the shy people finding a shield of protection behind their computer screen, but today it seems to be more and more of a "anything goes" world. Just another sign of how times are changing.

Hey Joyce -

Y'all got lotsa airplanes right across the street in Pensacola. I know 'cause my grandson, Ensign Doug Elkins, is in the Navy Top Gun pilot training program there. Those planes are noisy suckers.

I've actually had some experience with the on-line dating/relationship thing. I've probably been out for coffee or breakfast with at least fifty (no exaggeration) ladies that I've met one way or another through the internet. Dated a couple dozen and had at least three or four serious relationships. I'm currently dating three different women who I met on-line.

Dennis,
You horney old %#**$, you. I do question your sanity, however. THREE at one time?
That is a prescription for trouble, my man.

But, on a serious note. Are you saying that romance is possible without ever having laid eyes on each other?

By nature I'm a little too cautious to make any firm judgements without a lot of details. But I must say that a lot of the groundwork can be logged prior to a first meeting. I've talked to possibly two or three hundred women on line and if we don't date, I still might sell a book.

BTW Three at a time is NOT a record.
