Every time I turn around, you've got another one out somewhere...
Here I sit, still trying to muddle through the rewrite of Chapter 7...

I'm on Chapter 7, too. Could it be that Todd and I are writing the same book and don't even know it?

It's possible...

I mean, I was writing a novel, and then saw an episode of Star Trek: Enterprise which was a direct mirror of the plot line...which sort of took it out of the running as a sequel to my first novel.

So, anything's possible...

Although the reason I'm on Chapter 7 is that I was on about Chapter 12 or 13, at which point I decided, "Maybe I should have it go this way". Unfortunately, that required me to head back to the very beginning to iron out the wrinkles...

On the plus side, I've been able to use (I hope) some of the lessons learned to improve the story along the way.

I don't know how you do it, Steven...

I discovered yesterday whY I am so fatigued, exahusted, and my back hurts so much. I am bleeding internally! YAY!
Do I get a prize?
They think I have an ulcer pressing into my pancreas. All of the blood loss is whY I cannot focus, I guess. I guess that will be the GOOD news.
I knew something was screwy.
Wish me luck.
Bitch of it is I cannot sit at the computer, either...

Shrews - you are one driven man.
If anyone can succeed with writing, you will.
Take the time off, build up your strength and let the good work you have already done have time to flourish. You have enough out there to allow you some time off. For those ideas that nag at you, get out the tape recorder.

Have you ever looked into voice recognition software. It works great once you get all the training done. I use a digital recorder, then plug into the computer and it types. Not the greatest but - hey - everything still has to be edited.

Take my friend, health always before wealth.
