For everyone who writes short genre fiction, there's a new quarterly digest out of the UK that's been announced. It's called "Postscript" and is published by PS Publishing. I haven't found the submission guidelines yet, but if someone does, please include a link. Their website is at http://www.pspublishing.co.uk
