Here is the message direct for those who would rather not follow links:

I would like to announce that I am available to accept writer clients from anywhere in the world who feel they have been harmed by the practices of Publish America, AmErica House, Erica House, or any related organization, whether by libel, breach of contract, abusive business practices, or otherwise. I am an attorney with 25 years of experience and a writer and editor with 40 years of the same. I have been working with and represent Dave Kuzminski in this matter at this time. If you wish further details, please contact me.

Dave, can you tell us a little about him? I'm not familiar with this gentleman. I'm certain you can't discuss your case, but if you could give us a little background, I think a number of us would appreciate it.

I am wondering why my post here was deleted. I don't think I said anything wrong.

I emailed him and he responded rather promptly. I will forward the emails I received from him Lynn.

He said he believes that ALL PA Authors past and present have been misrepresented by PA. I am not sure, but will listen to what he has to say.

Guest,
Perhaps you didn't hit the "post this message" box that is right below the post that you wrote, up above the box that you edit in, before you edit but after you hit the initial post reply button in the box that you wrote the message in. That box shows up for spell check or edit and you have to hit that post this message button when you are ready to have your reply sent to the board, after you spell checked it. You have to hit that button each time you edit or recheck the posting before you are finally through with it, otherwise it will not make it onto the board. Those buttons are under the posting box.

We do not delete posts here. They would never get deleted if they were sent on to the board, however they might not make it because of the above mentioned way you have to get it to send in to be posted. There are no monitors as such, on this board, on an hourly or daily basis, with the exception of whenever CE gets in to do maintenance or such, and it is his board.

Guest, if you are the same Guest, it was in a different thread. Otherwise, I'm certain it wasn't deleted. It's possible you didn't complete the posting...

What did it say. Posts are not deleted for saying "the wrong thing", and if it were, I'm sure there would be an explanation, just as there would be a little empty box that says "this message edited by"...the explanation would probably be in the same box.

Yes, Guest. I have been posting here for two years and still forget to hit the final "post this message" button, in which case my posts do not appear.
CE won't delete posts ever.
