For those here not Christian (and as a former atheist, I KNOW you're out there! *G*) the following may be a big "so what", but for me, it's rather cool. Seems there's an outfit called CBD, Christian Book Distributors, that's basically a book club for, yep, you guessed 'er, Chester, Christians. I was googling Until the Last Dog Dies (for the newbies here, that's the name of the novel I have coming out in May from Cook/RiverOak...and yeah, my first book was POD done, so I'm living proof one CAN have a book published traditionally after that)....where was I?
Oh yeah, I googled the thing, and lo and behold, there it was on the CBD site. Somebody (I'm thinking it was my editor, but I wouldn't bet the ranch on it) came up with a very nifty synopsis for it, too. Anyway, I know that for a lot of folks it's small potatoes, but after watching my poor old Sock Monkey Blues die a slow death, it's kinda cool a book club is featuring my next one.
Oh yeah, they're discounting it to about ten bucks, from it's normal retail of twelve ninety-nine. Hopefully I'll sell a few at that price.

Congratz big-time. Quite an accomplishment.
I recall your posts early-on when I 1st hit the PA BB. I always loved the "Sock Monkey Blues" title.
