While I've known about it for quite a bit, oh heck, I'm bursting to share.
My horror novel BLACK RIBBON OF JOSEPHINE will be part of Delirium's EXCLUSIVE hardbacks line late in 06.
I'm about as happy as a guy can be about this and honored to work with Shane Ryan Staley.
What's this one about?
Spirits of slain Union soldiers, trapped in a Civil War relic, seek escape and revenge for their entrapment. Once loosed from the fetish ribbon's knots, one by one, they return in the freshest available corpse to fulfill a dire program of vengeance.
Only an alcoholic factory worker (haunted and guided by the spirit of his scalphunting, Confederate forefather) can stop a greater evil from being unleashed. Can a man at the end of his rope stand against a determined force of degenerating dead soldiers...and the evil they unwittingly free?
