Just when I thought it was safe, I ended up going from predator to predator. I believe I got taken to the cleaners by a wolf in sheep's clothing. My publicist was referred to me by my ex-publisher, Reality Press, LLC. My ex-publicist insisted I leave this publisher because of work ethics not discovered until I signed a year contract with her paying a $500.00 retainer fee along with $700.00 a month. Bottom line I paid my publicist over $10,000.00 to steal my book, company and all royalties. She claimed to be a woman of God determined to help me get my message out and my trilogy published. We had long term plans for a promising future. She befriended me and gained my trust but in time when I would ask questions about contracts and giving me the account to my book she steered away from finalizing the business end of the cash flow. She even picked up another author without me seeing the contract she established with him. Angel Press Publishing was supposed to be a dream come true. Because of her obvious trickery it is a nightmare. Over a year now and she still refuses to give me my book. Her company is multi-facet in many areas, agent, editor, publicist now publisher and radio show interviewer. The copyrights to my book belongs to me. She claims it is not selling. Why won't she give it to me? Literary Lifestyle is owned by a woman that uses two names sometimes Belinda or Tanya Williams. I called her my John the Baptist, ironic she ended being Judas. I just can not help but wonder why she is holding on to it. Any ideals how I can get my book back?

You already have it back, you just don't know it. The fact is that she is not going to take you to court over this. If anything, it would be the other way around. Start thinking and acting like it is your book. Turn the table on this rapacious ingrate. You can put it to a test by self-publishing it for free via Lulu.com. Dare her to do something about it. Why play the role of the victim? She stole your book. Bad mouth her to anyone who will listen.

Hi Fred, I'm trying to get what you are saying. You mean I should not be concerned about how many books sold or the losses? Just let the predator walk? I love your energy by the way

. I think I will take you up on publishing it my self. Wow! Do you know she even have the nerve to be starting another publishing company under a new company name? I am going to share my story with as many people as I can. I can at least stop it from happening to someone else. I was really trying to figure out just how illegal she really is, I needed to know was this a misdemeanor or what? I appreciate your response. I feel a lot better about things. You know I write about victimizing and one thing for sure I dealt with a live predator hands on. I mean it was amazing how she turned into a cold blooded monster. It was like she never knew me. I kept waiting for her to come back to her sweet self and it nerve happened. Now, that experience was priceless. Thanks for the perspective!
